nZEB
The nearly zero or very low amount of energy required should be covered significantly by energy from renewable sources, including energy from renewable sources produced onsite or nearby.
For domestic dwellings the transition depends on when you applied (not Granted!) for Planning Permission.

Planning on or before 31st October 2019, which will be substantially complete (i.e., the structure of the external walls of the dwelling have been erected) by 31st October 2020, is to be built to the 2011 Part (L).
If Planning was applied for after 1 November 2019, dwellings must be constructed to the nZEB/Part (L).
The introduction of nZEB is the next step in a journey that began in 2005 and continues to improve construction energy standards.
A dwelling being built now will require 70% less energy and produce less CO2 than the same building size/footprint in 2005.
Net Zero Energy Building
Discover how 2eva transforms building projects into net zero energy buildings (NZEBs). By integrating cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices, we create structures that produce as much energy as they consume.
Our approach ensures energy efficiency, long-term cost savings, and environmental benefits. Explore how our NZEB solutions can elevate your next construction project.

Sustainable Construction Materials
At 2eva, we prioritise sustainable construction materials that minimise environmental impact without compromising quality. Our materials are sourced responsibly from recycled steel and reclaimed wood to low-impact concrete to reduce carbon footprint and waste.
We are committed to promoting eco-conscious building practices contributing to a more sustainable future. Learn more about our sustainable material choices and their benefits for your project.
Eco-Friendly Building Materials
